A work-for-hire contract is a legal agreement between you (the client) and the writer (the contractor) that specifies that the writer is creating content specifically for you, and as a result, you will own all rights to that content upon completion. This means that the writer will not have any claim to the work after it is delivered. Each one of these steps requires the specific contract payment amount before the delivery of each step to the client.

Together we will create an outline or a proposal that outlines the structure of the project, including key themes, chapters, language, accents, or scenes.

Depending on the project, the writer may conduct research to ensure accuracy and depth in the writing.  The writer will begin drafting the content based on the agreed-upon outline and your input. This phase may involve several drafts and revisions.

You will review the drafts and provide feedback. The writer will make revisions based on your comments to ensure the final product aligns with your vision.

Once the writer has incorporated all feedback, a final review will take place before the project is completed.

Upon completion of the  final product the last invoice will be sent for payment. Once payment is received the final product will be delivered to you (the client), in the manner in which specified by contract and it will be ready for publication, distribution or presentation.
